1. Know your styles when you visit your local designer. Hand-tied, contemporary, cascade and cluster are a few of the popular styles. Feel free to take images of bouquets that you like, a great visual never hurt any one.
2. Consider the season that your going to tie the knot, out of season flowers can cost you significantly more. If there is a flower that you are head over heels for, ask the florist what's a good alternative that's in season.
3. Think color, from pops that tie into the over all color palette and the monochromatic. From cool water roses, peonies, orchids the possibilities are endless.
Most of all remember it's a statement piece that represents YOUR style so Rock it out ladies

I so agree with the pops of color as a must for the bouquet, that will definitely liven it up.
ReplyDeleteVery nice post and excellent advice. My favorite is the hand tied or the european wrapped bouquets. I wish more brides understood that it is about what they like and not worry about what is popular.
